No, you do not need to use our staff. We are a custom service. Event planners, venues and caters can use their own staff when renting one of our bar trailers.

A: We can put together an order for you via our preferred retailer for you to pay for directly to retailer; or you can manage this on your own. ***For our tap trailers, you can select up to four kegs and we will contact you with a separate invoice from the retailer.

A: Yes, we provide General & Liquor Liability

A: It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, select the “Get a Quote” button on our site and submit a proposal. Second, schedule a virtual consultation with a Rein Storm pro if needed. Last, sign our service contract and pay a 50% retainer to hold your event date and so we can start ordering ingredients, reserve staffing, and get working on your project.

A: The Cocktail Bar Service includes specialty cocktails you select from our menu. The Full Bar Service simple fresh mixers & garnishes so we can make most of the classic cocktails and basic mixed drinks your guests request. You can also add specialty cocktails to this package. Recommended for larger weddings or parties over 100ppl.

A: Yes, our contract outlines our cancelation policies. There are fees associated with canceling, so please make sure you are ready to book when you sign your contract. We are limited to the number of events we can do on any given day and when you book, we stop taking inquiries for your event date.

A: Absolutely! We love creating custom cocktails based on our clients’ favorite flavors and ingredients. You can submit your proposal and during our virtual meeting, we’ll chat about everything, including your cocktail menu :)

Yes! We will calculate exactly how much product and what types you need to make sure you have enough and also don’t over order items. We provide you with email and phone contact with a live person to make sure all your questions are answered.

We have over a dozen bar options available for every type of party. We have two horse trailer mobile bars and to tap trailers all perfect for outdoor occasions. We also have two tap walls, an LED light up bar, as well as other satellite bars, all perfect for seamless service indoors or outdoors.
