Bar Rentals in Boca Raton

Rein Storm Events brings mobile bar rental and bartending to Boca Raton and Highland Beach, from country club receptions in west Boca to oceanfront condo parties on A1A. You rent the bar alone, with no event package required. Owner Andrew Tapia has run Rein Storm Events from Jupiter since 2019, and every booking carries general liability and liquor liability coverage. Browse the full rental catalog or start a custom bar design.

Boca planners juggle club coordinators, caterers, and florists on tight timelines. Most bar companies slow the process down with a wish list form and a 1 to 3 day wait for pricing, and extra fees often show up on the final quote. Rein Storm Events shows pricing the moment you start. You build the quote, change the guest count, and see the new total right away. Planners use this to price a bar for their own clients in one sitting.

⚡ Key takeaways

  • Bar rentals in Boca Raton run $399 to $695, and beverage packages run $3 to $8 per guest.
  • Gated clubs such as Boca West and St. Andrews Country Club require vendor approval and insurance certificates. We handle both before event day.
  • Highland Beach condos limit vendor parking along A1A, so the compact Pour House and Tap House fit best there.
  • Plan 1 bartender per 60 guests for cocktails and 1 per 100 guests for beer and wine.
  • Dry hire lets you buy alcohol at retail with no markup, and a free consultation sizes your order.
  • Weekday dates suit corporate events for offices along Yamato Road and at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus.

Boca Raton mobile bars and bartending trailers

What our Boca Raton mobile bar rental includes

Four bars cover every Boca event size, from a 30-guest condo party to a 250-guest club wedding.

The Speakeasy Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is our flagship for Boca club weddings. The converted vintage horse trailer measures 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8.5 feet tall, with three serving windows, a slide-out bar, and room for 3 to 4 bartenders. Beverage taps, a refrigerator, a freezer, shelving, countertops, and hot and cold running water come built in, and the trailer runs on a 30-amp power connection. Add dessert and mocktail service for $28 per guest, sourced from local bakers with gluten-free and vegan options.

The Pouring Rein Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is the smaller vintage trailer, about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet wide. Transport to and from your event comes with the rental, and you supply beverages and staff unless you add service. Estate patios in east Boca and waterfront homes near the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club suit the Pouring Rein. Pair the trailer with a bartender for a fully managed bar.

The Tap House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar measures about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet 9 inches wide, with 4 taps for beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or kombucha. The Tap House handles 30 to 150-plus guests and fits courtyard events near Mizner Park.

The Pour House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar runs about 11 feet 3 inches long, 6 feet tall, and 4 feet 10 inches wide, with the same 4-tap setup and 30 to 150-plus guest range. Highland Beach pool decks and clubrooms fit the Pour House well. Both tap trailers include transport within 25 miles and bill $2 per mile beyond. Boca sits more than 40 miles from our Jupiter base, so plan for mileage. For multi-tap corporate events, ask about the Tap System Tech Specialist add-on. See full specs and current bar pricing, plus bartender staffing and a self-serve hydration station at $25 per dispenser.

Staffing your Boca Raton bar rental

Rein Storm Events staffs 1 bartender for every 60 guests on cocktail service and 1 for every 100 guests on beer and wine. A 200-guest club reception with a full cocktail menu needs 4 bartenders. A 120-guest office party pouring beer and wine needs 2. For big weddings, we split service across two bars instead of crowding one, which keeps cocktail hour lines short.

Beverage Package Pricing

Beverage packages price per guest, so your cost follows your headcount.

  • Beer & Wine Service: $3.00 per guest
  • 2 Specialty Cocktails/Mocktails Menu with Beer, Wine Service: $5.00 per guest
  • 3 Specialty Cocktails/Mocktails Menu with Beer, Wine Service: $6.00 per guest
  • 4 Specialty Cocktails/Mocktails Menu with Beer, Wine Service: $7.00 per guest
  • Full Bar Service: $8.00 per guest

Add your bar rental, staffing, and enhancements on top for your full quote. See current beverage package pricing.

For hosts who buy their own alcohol, dry-hire service covers the non-alcoholic side: fresh mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, and napkins. You, your club, or your caterer supplies the alcohol at retail price with no third-party markup. A free consultation sizes your liquor order to your guest list, so you avoid a dry bar at 9 p.m. or a trunk full of unopened cases.

Beyond bartenders, Rein Storm Events staffs servers, bar backs, an advanced mixologist, a sommelier or wine steward, a Tap System Tech Specialist, and an emcee. Staff bill hourly and scale with your event length and guest count. See current staffing rates and book only the roles your event needs.

What to add

  • 1 bartender per 60 guests for cocktails, 1 per 100 guests for beer and wine.
  • Dry hire if your club or caterer already sources the alcohol.
  • A beverage package if you want pre-batched cocktails and tap service handled for you.
  • A hydration station at $25 per dispenser for pool deck parties in Boca's summer heat.
  • Dessert and mocktail service on the Speakeasy at $28 per guest, with gluten-free and vegan options.
  • A second bar when your club splits ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception across different rooms.

Mobile Bar Rental Add-Ons at a Glance

  • 40-guest Highland Beach condo party: Pour House, one bartender, and a 2-cocktail menu. Fits the pool deck and clears building parking rules.
  • 180-guest Boca West wedding: Speakeasy with 3 to 4 bartenders and a second bar for cocktail hour. Keeps lines short when the ballroom doors open.
  • Mizner Park brand launch: Tap House, custom menu signage, and a Tap System Tech Specialist. Pours branded drafts without slowing the crowd.
  • Weekday office happy hour near Yamato Road: Pouring Rein with Beer & Wine Service and 1 bartender per 100 guests.
  • July backyard party east of Federal Highway: hydration station plus a mocktail menu for guests staying out of the sun.

Events and service area near Boca Raton

West Boca runs on gated country clubs. Boca West, St. Andrews Country Club, and Woodfield Country Club each ask outside vendors for approval, a certificate of insurance naming the association, and a set arrival time at the gate. Send us the vendor packet when you book. We return the paperwork and schedule our load-in with the club's service entrance.

Downtown events cluster around Mizner Park, where courtyard and rooftop spaces leave little room for a full trailer. The Tap House and Pour House fit these footprints. Along the Intracoastal, private homes near the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club have the driveway space for the Pouring Rein or Speakeasy.

Boca also has one of the largest weekday business markets in Palm Beach County. We set up happy hours, holiday parties, and client nights for teams at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, Boca Center, and offices along Yamato Road. Tuesday and Wednesday dates give you more choice than peak-season Saturdays.

Highland Beach is a narrow town of oceanfront condos and estates on A1A between Boca and Delray. Condo boards often restrict trailers in circular drives and limit vendor parking. Send photos of the drop-off area and we confirm fit before you pay. Rein Storm Events also serves Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and the rest of Palm Beach County.

Boca Raton bar service benefits

  • Club paperwork handled for you, including certificates of insurance with general liability and liquor liability.
  • Bar sizes matched to the venue, from condo clubrooms to 250-guest ballrooms.
  • Two-bar layouts for club weddings with separate cocktail hour and reception spaces.
  • Weekday corporate service for Boca's office market.
  • Dry-hire pricing for hosts who want to buy alcohol at retail.
  • One point of contact. Andrew Tapia runs your booking from quote to breakdown.

Booking, pricing and event day logistics

Your Boca Raton quote depends on the bar, guest count, drink menu, service hours, and mileage from Jupiter. Build the quote online, then lock the date with a 50% deposit. Your final guest count is due 14 days before the event and sets the minimum billable amount.

On event day, our team needs access 2 hours before start time and 1 hour after for breakdown. Gated clubs count gate check-in inside those 2 hours, so we confirm arrival windows with the club in advance. If your Highland Beach building assigns a vendor unloading area, tell us and we plan the route around the rules.

Start with a bar rental and add cocktails, staff, or a second bar as your plans firm up. The online quote updates each time you change a detail.
