Lake Worth Beach
Compact Mobile Bars, Tap Trailers, and Bartending Services for Backyard Weddings, Gallery Openings, Fundraisers, and Private Parties in Lake Worth Beach, FL.
Rein Storm Events brings mobile bar rental and bartending to Lake Worth Beach, a city of 1920s cottages, alley driveways, and a downtown arts scene. Our compact tap trailers and vintage horse trailer bars fit lots where a standard bar setup won't. Rent the bar alone, with no event package required. Owner Andrew Tapia started Rein Storm Events in Jupiter in 2019, the same year Lake Worth added "Beach" to the city name. Every event carries general liability and liquor liability coverage. Browse the full rental catalog or start a custom bar design.
Lake Worth Beach hosts tend to book their own local caterer or food truck and want only the bar. Most bar companies won't split the package, and they make you wait 1 to 3 days for a quote. Rein Storm Events rents the bar alone and shows every price up front. You build the quote, compare trailers, and see the total before you call.

The Pour House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar suits Lake Worth Beach better than any other unit. The trailer measures about 11 feet 3 inches long, 6 feet tall, and 4 feet 10 inches wide, and pours beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or kombucha from 4 taps for 30 to 150-plus guests. The Tap House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar offers the same 4-tap setup at about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet 9 inches wide, a good match for art openings near Lake Avenue. Both include transport within 25 miles and bill $2 per mile beyond. Add a Tap System Tech Specialist when you run all 4 taps.
The Pouring Rein Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is a vintage trailer about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet wide. Delivery and pickup come included, and you supply beverages and staff unless you add them. At 10 feet, the Pouring Rein backs into most alley driveways in College Park and the historic neighborhoods around downtown.
The Speakeasy Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is our largest bar at 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8.5 feet tall, with three serving windows, a slide-out bar, taps, a refrigerator, a freezer, shelving, countertops, and hot and cold running water. The Speakeasy needs a 30-amp power connection and room to park. Save this one for larger properties along the Intracoastal or west of I-95. Dessert and mocktail service adds on at $28 per guest, with gluten-free and vegan options from local bakers.
See full specs and current bar pricing, plus bartender staffing and a self-serve hydration station at $25 per dispenser.
Staffing follows a simple ratio: 1 bartender per 60 guests on cocktails, 1 per 100 on beer and wine. A 60-guest backyard wedding with 2 signature cocktails needs 1 bartender. A 120-guest fundraiser with a full bar needs 2. For tight yards, we keep one bar and add a bar back rather than squeezing in a second setup.
Pricing runs per guest. Add your bar rental, staff, and enhancements for the full quote. See current beverage package pricing.
Dry hire fits Lake Worth Beach hosts who buy their own wine and local beer. Rein Storm Events supplies fresh mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, and napkins, and you supply the alcohol at retail with no markup. Our free consultation sets the right mix of beer, wine, and spirits for your guest count.
Beyond bartenders, you book servers, bar backs, an advanced mixologist, a sommelier or wine steward, a Tap System Tech Specialist, and an emcee. All staff bill hourly and scale with your event length and guest count. See current staffing rates.
Downtown Lake Worth Beach centers on Lake Avenue and Lucerne Avenue, with galleries, the Lake Worth Playhouse, and the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County a few blocks apart. Arts groups and small businesses host openings, fundraisers, and member nights here. A Tap House or Pour House fits a courtyard or side lot for those events. Check permit requirements for public space with the city first, and we supply insurance certificates for the application.
The neighborhoods around downtown hold many 1920s and 1930s cottages on narrow lots. Many have alley access and no room for an 18-foot trailer. Text us a photo of your driveway or alley and we confirm fit before you pay.
East of the Intracoastal, the Lake Worth Beach Casino and public beach draw weekend crowds, so plan beach-area events around early setup. Bryant Park and the Lake Worth Beach Golf Club sit along the Intracoastal with water views for outdoor gatherings. Each February, the Street Painting Festival fills downtown, and a cottage backyard a few blocks away makes a good spot for a Pour House party. Rein Storm Events also serves West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, and the rest of Palm Beach County.
Your Lake Worth Beach quote depends on the bar, guest count, drink menu, service hours, and mileage from Jupiter. A 50% deposit reserves your date. The final guest count is due 14 days before the event and becomes the minimum billed.
We need access 2 hours before start time and 1 hour after for breakdown. On narrow downtown streets, tell us where the trailer parks and whether the alley stays clear during your event. For beach-side parties, we arrive before weekend beach traffic peaks.
Start with the bar, then add a package, staff, or a mixologist as plans come together. Your quote updates with each change.

The Pour House starts at $399. Beverage packages run $3 to $8 per guest, staff bill hourly, and tap trailer mileage past 25 miles runs $2 per mile. See your total online.
