Wellington
Horse trailer bar rental and bartending in Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and Loxahatchee for barn parties, farm weddings, and polo season. Quote online.
Rein Storm Events brings horse trailer bars and bartending to Wellington, the equestrian capital of South Florida. Two of our four bars started life as vintage horse trailers, built for barn aisles, paddock lawns, and farm weddings. You rent the bar alone, with no event package required. Owner Andrew Tapia has run Rein Storm Events from Jupiter since 2019, and every booking carries general liability and liquor liability coverage. Browse the full rental catalog or start a custom bar design.
Show season moves fast. A sponsor decides on Monday to host clients at the barn on Thursday. Bar companies built around wish lists and 1 to 3 day callbacks miss the window. Rein Storm Events shows pricing at the start, so you or your farm manager build the quote, confirm the date, and move on to the menu.

The Speakeasy Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is a converted vintage horse trailer, 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8.5 feet tall. Three serving windows and a slide-out bar give 3 to 4 bartenders room for a large barn crowd. Beverage taps, a refrigerator, a freezer, shelving, countertops, and hot and cold running water come built in. The Speakeasy runs on a 30-amp power connection, so confirm an outlet near the barn before you book. Add dessert and mocktail service for $28 per guest, with gluten-free and vegan options from local bakers.
The Pouring Rein Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is the smaller vintage trailer, about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet wide. Transport to and from your event is included. You supply beverages and staff unless you add them. The Pouring Rein fits a courtyard between barns or the lawn beside a practice ring, and a bartender add-on turns the trailer into a fully managed bar.
For polo tailgates and bigger outdoor crowds, the tap trailers pour from 4 taps. The Tap House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar measures about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet 9 inches wide. The Pour House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar runs about 11 feet 3 inches long, 6 feet tall, and 4 feet 10 inches wide. Each serves beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or kombucha for 30 to 150-plus guests, with transport included within 25 miles and $2 per mile beyond. Most Wellington addresses sit past 25 miles from Jupiter, so plan for mileage. Add a Tap System Tech Specialist for sponsor events running all 4 taps. See full specs and current bar pricing, plus bartender staffing and a self-serve hydration station at $25 per dispenser.
We staff 1 bartender per 60 guests for cocktails and 1 per 100 for beer and wine. A 150-guest sponsor reception with a 3-cocktail menu runs on 3 bartenders. For farm weddings with the ceremony in a paddock and dinner in the barn, we place a bar at each spot so guests never walk across the property for a drink.
Per-guest pricing keeps your beverage cost tied to headcount. Your bar rental, staff, and enhancements add on top. See current beverage package pricing.
With dry hire, Rein Storm Events supplies fresh mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, and napkins, and you supply the alcohol at retail with no markup. Farm properties in Wellington and Loxahatchee sit miles from the nearest liquor store, so our free consultation sizes the order right the first time.
Staff options include servers, bar backs, an advanced mixologist, a sommelier or wine steward, a Tap System Tech Specialist, and an emcee. Everyone bills hourly, and costs scale with event length and guest count. See current staffing rates.
Wellington's event calendar follows the horse show season. The Winter Equestrian Festival at Wellington International runs from January into spring, and the International Polo Club Palm Beach fills Sundays over the same months. Farm owners in Palm Beach Point, Grand Prix Village, and Mallet Hill host barn dinners, sponsor receptions, and end-of-circuit parties during those weeks. A horse trailer bar beside the barn fits the setting better than a folding table under a tent.
Farm venues bring their own logistics. Soft ground after rain, gravel drives, and gates sized for horse vans all affect where we park. Send a photo of the setup area and your gate width before event day. For events at the Wellington Amphitheater or Village Park, check the Village's rules on outside vendors and alcohol first.
Loxahatchee and Loxahatchee Groves have acreage lots suited to the full Speakeasy for backyard weddings and ranch parties. Royal Palm Beach and Greenacres lean toward clubhouse events and family celebrations, where the Pour House fits. Atlantis centers on a gated golf community with clubhouse vendor rules we plan around. Lantana and Hypoluxo sit east near the Intracoastal on smaller lots, better matched to the Pouring Rein. Palm Springs and Haverhill round out central county coverage. South Bay events near Lake Okeechobee add travel distance, so mileage applies.
Wellington quotes depend on the bar, guest count, drink menu, service hours, and mileage from Jupiter. A 50% deposit holds your date. Your final guest count is due 14 days before the event and sets the minimum billed.
Our crew needs access 2 hours before start and 1 hour after for breakdown. At working farms, tell us about horse traffic, feeding times, and any areas off limits to vehicles. After heavy rain, we pick a firm parking spot with you before the trailer rolls onto the grass.
Start with the bar, then add staff, a beverage package, or a second bar as your guest list firms up. The quote updates with each change.
