Delray Beach
Mobile Bar Rentals, Bartending Services and Event Rentals for Backyard Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Estate Events, and Corporate Parties in Delray Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, and Manalapan, FL.
Rein Storm Events brings mobile bar rental and bartending to Delray Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, and Manalapan. Our bars go where Atlantic Avenue's restaurants don't: historic backyards, beach houses, and oceanfront estates. Book the bar alone, with no event package attached. Owner Andrew Tapia has operated Rein Storm Events from Jupiter since 2019, with general liability and liquor liability coverage on every event. Browse the full rental catalog or start a custom bar design.
Other bar companies in South Florida ask you to fill out a wish list, then reply with pricing 1 to 3 days later. Fees tend to appear once the quote arrives. With Rein Storm Events, you see every price from the start. Change your guest count from 80 to 110 and the total updates on screen. Wedding planners working Delray's estate market use this to send clients a bar quote the same afternoon.

The Pouring Rein Horse Trailer Mobile Bar leads for Delray backyard events. The vintage trailer runs about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet wide, and transport to and from your event is included. You supply beverages and staff unless you add them. Rehearsal dinners and milestone birthdays near Lake Ida fit the Pouring Rein well.
For estate weddings, the Speakeasy Horse Trailer Mobile Bar brings three serving windows and a slide-out bar on an 18-foot by 8-foot trailer, 8.5 feet tall. Up to 4 bartenders work inside. Taps, a refrigerator, a freezer, countertops, shelving, and hot and cold running water come on board, and the trailer needs a 30-amp connection. Dessert and mocktail service adds on at $28 per guest, made by local bakers with gluten-free and vegan options.
Two tap trailers round out the lineup. The Tap House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar measures about 10 feet long, 7 feet tall, and 6 feet 9 inches wide. The Pour House Glamping 4 Tap Mobile Bar runs about 11 feet 3 inches long, 6 feet tall, and 4 feet 10 inches wide. Each pours beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or kombucha from 4 taps for 30 to 150-plus guests, with transport included within 25 miles and $2 per mile beyond. Pineapple Grove gallery nights suit the Tap House. Ocean Ridge beach houses suit the Pour House. Add a Tap System Tech Specialist when you run several taps at once. See full specs and current bar pricing, along with bartender staffing and a self-serve hydration station at $25 per dispenser.
Our ratio is 1 bartender per 60 guests for cocktail service and 1 per 100 guests for beer and wine. A 90-guest backyard wedding with signature cocktails runs on 2 bartenders. A 150-guest Manalapan reception with a full bar needs 3. When ceremony and reception happen in separate spots on an estate, we set two service points instead of stacking staff at one.
Each beverage package prices per guest.
Your bar rental, staffing, and enhancements add on top. See current beverage package pricing.
Dry-hire service works the other way. Rein Storm Events supplies fresh mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, and napkins, and you or your caterer buys the alcohol at retail with no markup. A free consultation sizes the order to your guest list, so nobody makes a store run down Federal Highway mid-party.
You also book servers, bar backs, an advanced mixologist, a sommelier or wine steward, a Tap System Tech Specialist, or an emcee. All staff bill hourly and scale with event length and guest count. See current staffing rates.
Atlantic Avenue gives Delray a packed restaurant and bar scene. Private hosts want their own space. Rehearsal dinners in Marina Historic District homes, birthdays near Lake Ida, and pool parties along the Intracoastal need a bar built for a backyard. Older lots east of Swinton Avenue run narrow, so the Pouring Rein and Pour House get the call there.
West of I-95, gated communities and 55-plus neighborhoods along West Atlantic Avenue host clubhouse socials and anniversary parties. Clubhouses there ask for vendor approval and proof of insurance. Send the requirements with your booking and we file the paperwork.
Each February, the Delray Beach Open fills the downtown tennis center, and companies entertain clients across town during tournament week. A Speakeasy or Tap House at a private hospitality party gives guests a bar without a restaurant tab.
On the barrier island, Gulf Stream estates run large and private, with firm rules on vendor arrival. Ocean Ridge homes near the Boynton Inlet sit on tighter lots. Manalapan estates stretch from the ocean to the Intracoastal, with room for the full Speakeasy on the lawn. Rein Storm Events also serves Boca Raton, Highland Beach, Boynton Beach, and the rest of Palm Beach County.
Delray quotes depend on the bar, guest count, drink menu, service hours, and mileage from Jupiter. A 50% deposit holds your date. Final guest count locks 14 days before the event and becomes the minimum billed.
Our crew arrives 2 hours before start time and stays 1 hour after for breakdown. On A1A estates, tell us about gate codes, driveway turns, and any time restrictions for vendor trucks. In the historic districts, street parking fills early on weekends, so we plan arrival before guests and neighbors take the curb.
Start with the bar, then add cocktails, a sommelier, or a second bar as your plan takes shape. Your online quote updates with every change.
The bar or tap trailer, delivery, setup, and pickup. Add bartenders, a beverage package, dry-hire supplies, or dessert and mocktail service. Call 914-200-3536 to plan your setup.
Bars run $399 to $695. Beverage packages run $3 to $8 per guest, staff bill hourly, and tap trailer mileage past 25 miles runs $2 per mile. Build your quote online for the exact total.
The Pouring Rein, about 10 feet long, fits most historic lots and driveways east of Swinton Avenue. Text a photo of your yard to 914-200-3536 for a fit check.
