Up to four taps serving beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or kombucha.
Daily rental includes transport to and from your event within 25 miles. Additional mileage is charged at $2 per mile.

EVENT SERVICES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made as of between:
Client:
(hereinafter “Client”)
and
Vendor:

(hereinafter “Vendor”)
Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement governs all services and rentals provided by Vendor, including but not limited to catering, beverage service, mobile bar services, and event rental equipment, as outlined in the proposal referenced below.
2. Event Details & Proposal
Client agrees to review and confirm all event details within the proposal. Final minor changes must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Final guest count provided at 14 days prior will be the minimum billable amount.
3. Venue Access & Coordination
Client is responsible for securing all venue permissions and access.
Vendor requires access 2 hours prior to event start and 1 hour after for breakdown.
Vendor is not responsible for venue trash removal unless explicitly contracted.
Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access paths, and working conditions.
4. Rental Equipment Terms
4.1 Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Client assumes full responsibility for all rented items from delivery through pickup, including loss, theft, or damage regardless of cause.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Vendor harmless from all claims, including injury or property damage arising from use of rented equipment.
4.2 Condition & Use
Client acknowledges equipment is received in good condition and agrees to:
Use items only for intended purposes
Not sublease or misuse equipment
Follow all safety and operating instructions
4.3 Equipment Failure
Client must discontinue use immediately if equipment becomes unsafe and notify Vendor within 1 hour.
Vendor may:
Repair or replace equipment (if available), or
Provide partial refund at its discretion
Vendor is not liable for damages due to equipment failure.
4.4 Measurements & Site Fit
All equipment dimensions are provided in advance.
Failure of rented items to fit in intended space (including mobile bars, trailers, tap walls, etc.) does not qualify for refund.
4.5 Damage, Loss, and Cleaning
Client agrees to:
Pay full replacement or repair costs (including labor)
Pay cleaning fees for excessively dirty returns
Protect equipment from weather, misuse, and theft
4.6 Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup times are determined by Vendor
Client must provide clear access and personnel if needed
Additional fees apply for:
Difficult access
After-hours service
Repeat trips or delays
4.7 Site Preparation
Client must ensure site is:
Clear and accessible
Ready for installation
Safe for equipment setup
Additional labor charges may apply for delays and can potentially delay any scheduled services.
4.8 Permits & Utilities
Client is responsible for:
Permits and licenses
Utility markings (sprinklers, septic, etc.)
Vendor is not liable for underground damage.
4.9 Damage Waiver (Optional)
If selected, damage waiver covers accidental damage only.
It does NOT cover:
Theft
Negligence or misuse
Intentional damage
Missing items
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined below:
A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to reserve services
Full balance must be paid two weeks prior to event date unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur fees and/or service cancellation
Client is responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees if applicable.
6. Additional Charges
Client agrees to pay additional fees for:
Extended service time
Additional guests beyond final count
Overtime staffing
Special requests not included in proposal
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
90+ days prior: 25% of total
45–89 days prior: 30% of total
31–44 days prior: 50% of total
30 days or less: 100% of total
Deposits are non-refundable.
8. Force Majeure
Vendor is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
Weather
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Emergencies
In such cases, Vendor may reschedule or issue partial refunds at its discretion.
9. Alcohol Service (If Applicable)
Vendor complies with all state and local alcohol laws
No service to minors
Valid ID required
Vendor reserves the right to refuse service
No self-service of alcohol is permitted.
Only Vendor staff may serve alcohol.
Vendor may suspend service if laws or safety standards are violated.
10. Insurance & Liability
Vendor maintains general liability insurance.
Client is responsible for:
Damage caused by guests
Theft or loss of Vendor property
Unsafe conditions at venue
11. Limitation of Liability
Vendor’s liability is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement.
Vendor is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party vendor issues
Guest-related incidents
12. Substitution of Services
If Vendor is unable to perform, Vendor may:
Provide a comparable replacement vendor, or
Issue a refund
No additional compensation will be owed.
13. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith prior to legal action.
Neither party will publish damaging public statements without first attempting resolution.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in the county where the event occurs or Vendor operates.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the proposal, constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties.
